Nail service, keep waiting with no respond

Very bad . Not body care about your waiting time and service you pay for it. Keep waiting for almost one and half hour.

I arrived to I.T.S academy of beauty in Plano, TX today Saturday, 8/17 at 9:45 am to sign up for hair color service. I was told by a woman supervisor there was not going to be hair service today and the signed sheet was taken away from me. The reason was only three students were working and there were already three clients being served inside. I suggested I was going to wait in case another student show up and sure enough at 10:10 and 10:20 two other hair students, not beauty students arrived. Despite that two other hair students arrived I was never called and neither was the other client seating next to me. A male supervisor arrived at 10:30 and again his reply was the same. They were only three students working when in reality they were five hair students. While I and the other lay left a friend of the supervisor walked inside to have her hair done without any problem. It was obvious that today was a “serving a friend day” instead of providing client services day. Is this place ever supervise to ensure that practice like these do not occur?

@ Least offer up a smile, geesh !!

The students do good quality work but they act like they can’t smile or are having a bad day. You’re customers are not supposed to feel the tension in the place but rather feel welcomed and I never do all the many times that I come. The instructor (the light skinned lady with hair a bit past her shoulders who is always at the front) is always turning people around. I was there one afternoon where someone came in around 3 and she told them the students were not taking anymore customers because they were leaving soon but mind you the place don’t close til 630/7pm and she was totally rude I felt like she was being prejudice because the whole two hours I was there, her same students that were supposed to be leaving soon were taking other customers after she’s turned away quite a few people. She doesn’t even greet people and a lot of people that come through those doors are first timers who don’t know they have to sign in.. oh and another issue is the prices they charge for the services does not reflect the prices on the sign they have posted in the lobby. They are very much different and much higher:.. so who’s taking the extra pay? Huh?
